Shuttering Ply
Venom shuttering ply is a densified, strong and
durable product. It is strong enough to withstand the load of concrete
and vibration created while pouring the concrete.
It is made from veneers of selected hardwood to
give the product high strength and stiffness to withstand abrasion. The
selected veneers are then bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde
resin under controlled temperature and pressure to obtain a BWP bond
which is highly resistant to cold and boiling water and rapid changes in
weather conditions.

Application
It
is widely used in the construction of dams, bridges, over head tanks,
high rise buildings, malls etc. In fact, it is used everywhere where
good finishing in construction is required. Also extensively used in
the construction industry for building tunnels, heavy structures etc.
Making of slabs, ceiling columsn, shuttering etc., have become very
easy with Venom shuttering ply.
How to enhance the life of Venom Shuttering Ply ?
The life of Venom shuttering ply can be greatly enhanced if certain guidelines are followed as below mentioned.
- Calculate the consumption well in advance
- Always use drill machine to nail the form work
- Always use mould oil to clean the surface
- Do not throw from height
- Always clean the surface before stocking
- Do not stock the product in moisture prone areas.
Repetition, size & weight
For the densified range the repetitions are maximum. Venom
shuttering ply, if handled with care, can be repeated even upto 50
times. Thus, it is quite economical in the long run.
Sizes & thickness
It is available in 8 x 4 ft sizes and in the thickness of 12, 16
& 19 mm. Customized solutions are also provided in case of special
requirement.
Weights
Starting from 23 kg, we have 30 kg & 34 kg in the Semi Densified range and 38 kg in the Super Densified range.
