Chequered Ply & LVL
Along with the manufacturing of Venom Film Face plywood, chequered plywood is also made.
Venom Chequered
floor boards are high density exterior grade plywood produced under
high heat and pressure using un-extended PF resin. The ply has a
chequered pattern on its surface that comes from the wire mesh put
during pressing. Because of high pressure the panel develops high
density that sustains the rigours of flooring in public use. This not
only eliminates the smooth surface of ordinary plywood but also makes
it anti-slip plywood.
The plywood
combines enhanced mechanical properties with extreme wear-proof
qualities, besides being resistant to corrosive agents.
Side by side, the
demand for Venom LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is also rising. It is a
thick composed layer of veneers with 90 degrees cross construction
making the product extremely stable and strong. Usually, it is used to
make door and window frames as a substitute of wood.
